Barry Tate

Possesses elite speed. Athleticism allows him to play both running back and cornerback. Can make defenders miss with ease. Good route running ability creates separation from defenders. Works best in space, giving him ability to make the catch and use speed to break away. Slightly undersized, but athleticism more than makes up for the lack of measurables. I project Tate to play wide receiver at the next level. His speed, hands, and Special Teams contribution will make him more than serviceable at the collegiate level.
