Wix Patton brings a unique perspective to The DGD Podcast, combining firsthand experience as a former Georgia Bulldog with the creativity and passion of a successful recording artist.

A native of Peachtree City, Georgia, Patton played tight end at the University of Georgia after starring at Landmark Christian School, where he was a multi-sport standout. During his time in Athens, he experienced what it takes to compete inside one of college football’s premier programs, giving him an insider’s understanding of the culture, preparation, and expectations that define Georgia Football. 

After stepping away from football, Patton chose to pursue his passion for music full-time. Since then, he has built a growing fanbase as an independent artist, using his platform to tell authentic stories and represent Bulldog Nation beyond the football field. His journey from SEC athlete to musician has been featured by multiple media outlets, highlighting his willingness to chase a new dream while remaining connected to the Georgia community. 

On The DGD Podcast, Wix delivers a player’s perspective that few can offer. Whether breaking down recruiting, evaluating the Bulldogs on Saturdays, or sharing stories from inside the program, he combines firsthand experience with honest opinions and the same passion that has fueled every chapter of his career.
